Where Dandely location reports are available
Dandely's report coverage uses official boundaries. A postal address saying “Houston” or another familiar city name does not establish eligibility.
This page explains the service area; it does not confirm an individual address.
| Market | Covered boundary |
|---|---|
| Houston | Official city limits |
| Sugar Land | Official city limits |
| Katy | Official city limits |
| Pearland | Official city limits |
| Pasadena | Official city limits |
| The Woodlands | Township boundary when usable; approved Census-defined CDP fallback when the Township layer is unavailable, stale, or unlicensed |
Coverage does not extend to the full Houston metro, surrounding counties, other incorporated cities, extra-territorial jurisdiction, or postal-name areas outside the approved boundaries.
Check the exact address before purchase
Use the product's address check through the invitation-only preview when admitted. A location is eligible when it falls inside an approved boundary. This educational page cannot confirm an individual address.
Eligibility and source availability are separate. A covered address can still have missing local information. The report should name the relevant office or recorded customer-verification path for remaining questions. Optional Census and FEMA context is dated when available, and missing context is explained.
You remain responsible for permits, allowed use, property condition, and access. Dandely's coverage check does not approve a property or show whether demand will support it. Nearby-business counts and traffic counts are not included.
Use the education anywhere
The cost comparison guide and input checklist explain general methods. Reading them outside the service area does not make a paid report available for an out-of-area property.
