Restaurant location costs

About Dandely

Dandely helps food-business founders compare the costs of candidate restaurant locations. It brings your estimates, required sales and daily orders, dated area facts where available, and unanswered questions into one comparison. Dandely is operated by Kagi LLC.

For founders with a concept and candidate addresses

You supply one food-business concept and up to five locations. Dandely keeps the locations in your order and shows the assumptions behind each calculation. You decide whether and what to pursue.

Report coverage is limited to the official city limits of Houston, Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland and Pasadena, plus The Woodlands Township. The approved Census-defined CDP fallback applies when the Township boundary cannot be used. Read the exact coverage rules before relying on a postal city name.

What the comparison can tell you

Entered rent, operating costs, average order and variable costs determine the sales and orders needed to cover the costs in the model. The sales-and-orders guide shows the arithmetic and its limits. Missing facts remain visible alongside their dates, sources or reasons for being unavailable.

Dandely does not find vacant storefronts, rank properties, recommend a location, forecast sales or demand, or approve a property. Permits, allowed use, property condition, access and lease terms need separate verification.
