Delivery, refunds and corrections

When your report is due

The delivery clock starts when both payment is confirmed and your core inputs are complete.

We count the next two eligible Monday-to-Friday dates, excluding U.S. federal holidays and their observed weekdays. The deadline is 12:00 a.m. America/Chicago immediately after the second counted business day. The payment/input-completion date itself is not counted.

For example, if both conditions are met on a Monday and there are no intervening holidays, Tuesday and Wednesday count. The deadline is midnight at the start of Thursday, Chicago time. If both conditions are met on Friday and Monday is a holiday, Tuesday and Wednesday count instead.

Optional startup/capital inputs do not restart the clock. A delay notice or later delivery does not extend the deadline.

Full refunds

A full refund is owed if the valid report or essential promised source evidence is missing at the deadline, even if the report arrives later. Verified service-area coverage is essential. Optional Census, jobs/commute or FEMA context may be unavailable without making an otherwise valid delivery late or incomplete.

We also refund duplicate charges and honor the remedies in your accepted offer if we cannot provide the purchased service. The delivery-deadline refund does not depend on whether you sign a lease or agree with the implications of your own estimates.

We process refunds through the payment provider. We will confirm the recorded refund status; the time your bank takes to show returned funds can differ from the provider's confirmation. Do not make another payment while an earlier payment or refund is unresolved.

Contact support@dandely.com with your purchase reference if a required refund has not been confirmed. A full service refund closes the project; it does not create a new update window. Refunding an accidental duplicate charge does not itself cancel the correctly paid purchase.

Free error correction

If a calculation or source fact appears wrong, identify the report version and item so we can check the saved inputs and source. Corrections of our errors are free.

A correction creates a new linked version while the original remains unchanged for its permitted retention period. We distinguish an error in our service from a change in your assumptions or a later source update.

Correcting a report does not cancel a refund already owed for missing the delivery deadline, reset that deadline or extend your update window. For a project that has expired or been deleted, contact support; we will assess the appropriate remedy without restoring deleted content merely to recreate a report.

The refund remedy is not a cap on liability.
