Who provides the service

Dandely is operated by Kagi LLC. Contact us at support@dandely.com for access, billing, corrections, support or privacy questions.

What you purchase

The report costs $299 USD, paid once. It is not a subscription. Review the price and offer shown at checkout before payment.

Your purchase covers one food-business concept, up to five locations you supply, one main set of estimates and up to two alternatives you name. It includes a private web report, a matching PDF and updates for 90 days from the first valid publication.

Dandely calculates the sales and order volume needed to cover the costs you enter. It presents your assumptions, dated source information, limitations and property questions you still need to investigate. You may leave your own decision blank or record it in your own words.

Reports are generated automatically after system checks. Those checks do not certify professional review or approval of a property. A failed check can delay delivery while we investigate; it does not extend the refund deadline.

Service area and sources

Coverage is limited to the official city limits of Houston, Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland and Pasadena, plus The Woodlands Township. If the Township boundary is unavailable, stale or unlicensed, the approved Census-defined The Woodlands CDP may be used instead. Postal names alone do not establish coverage.

Verified service-area coverage is essential. When enabled, Census population/income information, jobs/commute data and FEMA mapped flood information provide optional context. The report shows dated results or why they are unavailable. Missing optional facts alone do not trigger a refund.

Nearby-business counts and traffic counts are not included. A map observation is not a parcel or building inspection; a missing flood record is not evidence of safety.

What the report does not establish

Dandely does not rank locations, select a property, predict customer demand or guarantee sales, profit, financing or business success. A calculated sales threshold says what your entered costs require, not what a location will earn.

We do not provide brokerage, lease negotiation, appraisal, inspection, engineering, legal, tax, lending or investment advice. We do not determine permitted use, approve a lease, find listings or contact landlords for you.

Before making a commitment, verify your estimates and the property's use restrictions, permits, condition, utilities, access, renovation needs, availability and lease terms with the relevant offices and qualified professionals. These service limits do not excuse errors in the calculations or facts we undertake to provide.

Your information and access

Use information you are authorized to provide. Check the numbers, units, locations and alternatives shown before payment and report any errors. Dandely does not independently verify your operating-cost estimates. Unknown information remains unknown rather than becoming zero.

Access is for the buyer only. Do not share sign-in access, forward the PDF or distribute the report for third-party reliance. The purchase does not include collaborator or lender access.

Keep sign-in links and codes private. Support will not ask you to email a password, sign-in code or full payment-card details.

Delivery, refunds and corrections

The delivery, refund and correction policy forms part of these terms. Delivery is due within two business days after payment is confirmed and complete core inputs are available, using the Chicago calendar described there.

If the valid report or essential source evidence misses that deadline, a full refund is owed even if delivery occurs later. Errors are corrected at no charge. These remedies do not depend on whether you sign a lease, and a refund is not a limit on our liability.

Updates and report history

You can update the worksheet within the 90-day update window. Each published report preserves the information and source basis used for that version. Later edits, source refreshes or corrections create new versions; they do not silently rewrite previously issued reports.

The update window ends 90 days after your first valid report is published. Project deletion is scheduled for day 120 after that publication. A full service refund closes the project. Once the refund succeeds, deletion is scheduled for 30 days after the refund request date. You can request earlier deletion through your account or support. The privacy notice explains how limited accounting records and provider copies are handled separately.

Keep your permitted personal copy before access ends. A correction request does not renew the update window or authorize restoration of deleted content.

Support

We can explain entered numbers, arithmetic, source references, missing information, report layout, access and billing. We can investigate and correct errors. We cannot write your decision, choose a property or convert a source statement into professional approval.

For help, email support@dandely.com with your purchase reference or report version and a brief description. Do not include sign-in credentials or unnecessary confidential material.

Policy versions and your rights

The offer and policy versions accepted at checkout govern that purchase. A later policy change does not silently replace the promises already accepted or alter frozen historical reports.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
